1. Acceptance

By using FortivaPlay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• Minimum age: you must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be located in a country where online gambling is permitted by law.
• Only one account is allowed per person.
• You must provide accurate and complete information.

3. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are currently crypto-only, using USDT and USDC on Tron, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Polygon. Exact assets, limits and addresses are shown in the wallet. Local payment methods for Latin America and the Middle East may be added later. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal. FortivaPlay does not charge its own fee on cryptocurrency withdrawals, but the blockchain network may charge a transaction fee.

4. Bonuses

Bonus terms are shown before activation. FortivaPlay does not advertise a number of spins, percentages, wagering or caps unless the bonus package is active. Attempts to circumvent bonus terms, including bonus hunting or match betting, will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

5. Fair play

Game results are generated by the relevant providers. If a technical fault occurs, the provider's rules apply and the transaction history recorded by the system is authoritative.

6. Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your credentials. FortivaPlay is not responsible for unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

7. Account restriction or closure

FortivaPlay may restrict or close an account in cases of fraud, money laundering, multiple accounts or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable obligations and checks on funds.
